Currently, communication withthe customer is all over the place: you have general chat, order chat, notifications, service chat, this is too much (I just lost an hour trying to help a customer find it way around). There should be just one general chat for everything, and a notifications tab. Then each order shoud have its own chat or page to write messages.

I think you are exaggerating a bit that it is "all over the place", but point taken, it could be smoother. We have some changes planned for later this year that will help.
